The End of An Empire

But he wasn’t really the President any more
For him and his staff a different life was in store
One involving several lifetimes of fake corpse creation
But first, we had to deal with the American nation
I saw no harm in permitting him to choose a successor
Who might cause the world a little bit of stress for
A couple of years until the people elected
Someone who could be tolerated, if not respected

But he soon proved how I was an optimistic fool
By choosing a wealthy Saudi businessman with dual
Citizenship but a profile that was very low
So much so that almost everyone didn’t know
Of his existence, let alone the role that he had
In bringing about the war that made so many mad
The ex-President thought they were two of a kind
But he was never known to have a reliable mind

Showing reactionary values of which few were aware
This new leader claimed to be Muhammad’s heir -
Enforcing laws unknown to the West for a thousand years
Such as outlawing pig products and the consumption of beers
And taxing those whose beliefs or ancestry caused them to choose
To call themselves any kind of Christian or self-identify as Jews
While another law, which the armed forces fully supported
Resulted in all other non-Muslims being forcefully deported

Soldiers have several incentives to stay
In the service such as new boots
Many Muslims came from far away
Since they were new military recruits

I would place bets there is intent to undertake conquests
To get as far away as you can is in your best interests
Since according to history these wars should take centuries
Even longer than the War on Terror was meant to be

Write your story – I’ve given you the money you’ll need
To last you a year or two – you’ll get much more when you succeed

Since after this my cover is certainly blown so it would
Not do me a lot of good for me to be misunderstood

Take Care,

Nicholas from You-Know-Where
